Too Much of a Good Thing = Boring New Construction
There are Katy neighborhoods where you can drive down the street and, with a little bit of knowledge, recognize the different builders’ homes from your car, “There’s a Perry; that’s a Village–looks like a Trendmaker!” Still, despite this level of predictability, there are several builders thereby avoiding the look of cookie-cutter-sameness lot-after-lot. Thank goodness for variety (even if we do have a pretty good clue who’s who!)
One of the reasons that the high-end custom sections of Cinco Ranch are so outstanding is that there is a good mix of custom builders in each section.
