My own Katy real estate column covers topics different from FuellingKaty.com. Recently, I wrote a story about alligators surfacing in our area neighborhoods and a piece about The Economic Revitalization Act, specifically what it means to Katy real estate, Katy buyers and Katy sellers.

The opinion pieces are varied and usually full of spunkiness! After a terribly difficult transaction, where fairness was not the guiding force and both the prospective buyer and seller lost out, I wrote an opinion piece entitled What Happened to the Golden Rule? It was cathartic for me as I was disturbed by what had transpired, no names mentioned, of course. My point was that business should be conducted to facilitate a win/win result.
