FRESH HONEY is sold at the Farmers Market at LaCenterra by Village Botanica and The Great San Saba River Pecan Company.

The HONEY BEE is the only insect that produces food for humans.

The benefits of honey are universally accepted. Simple recipes using honey can offer natural relief to respiratory ailments, improve your energy and stamina, and reduce stress.
